How much would this be worth to one of the big cancer treatment centers (MD Anderson, Mayo, Cleveland Clinic) that use both traditional and non-traditional treatment methods? OR, a smaller, natural cancer treatment provider?

If they don't bite at first, develop the domain with content; its a good domain, get some serious content for it.

Get ads from private healthcare clinics specialising in natural cancer treatments, etc.

I'd be surprised if this isn't a 6 figure domain in time.
