I like this name a lot! I think it'd be great for an expired domain/backorder service or software, or even a registrar. It is very memorable, short, funny, and definitely sounds enticing... Wouldn't everyone like to have a little snitch working for them, or is it just me. But then, of course, you have some competition in namespy.com and the likes...
Without development, I'd price your domain at mid to high XXX.
