Do you have any Success on Namesilo marketplace? Is it good to sell domains in low price?

I sold a domain at Namesilo 10 days ago.
Then I had to wait 1 week to claim the payout.
It's already 4 days since I have no idea where is my 925 USD.
I asked vía chat, they created a ticket and at this point they stopped to respond me.
Not recommended as marketplace.

It was a direct sale, but my payout disappeared after I withdrew it.
It was 5 days ago and since then no answer from Namesilo.
