Name servers
=======================

Please register your name servers with info below (it will take around 24-48 hrs
to complete). After you have your name servers registered with your registrar,
update your DNS. All your clients will use the same DNS as your domain.

ATTENTION: You must register your nameservers first before your update your DNS
or you may get a 'server does not exist' error.

Primary Server Hostname:
ns1.fusionwebspace.com
63.246.155.90

Secondary Server Hostname:
ns2.fusionwebspace.com
63.246.155.91

Just set your nameserver / dns point to:
ns1.fusionwebspace.com
ns2.fusionwebspace.com

I'm not familiar with dynonames' control panel but yes you do have to "register" the nameservers and then point your domains at your server using those nameservers. In addition to this your nameservers must be setup on the server aswell. But I'm assuming this is a resellers so they should be already setup.

Please explain registering the nameservers all i see is a set nameservers page which when i type in ns1.fusionwebspace.com i get an error. Presumably because this is setting the dns and first i need to set the nameservers. But please explain how i set the nameservers, everyone says just set the nameservers. Or explain what the difference is between setting nameservers and setting dns.

I have just successfully solved the same problem.
The domain I used for my nameserver is at a registrar w/ GoDaddy interface, so, hopefully, to save someone else from having to go through the grief that I have just gone through, I will share the steps needed for this procedure.

The main area of confusion for me, came from my thinking that once your nameservers and IP were setup, (in my case, thru cPanel), that you could reassign the nameservers at " Set NameServers" under "Manage Domains", where, after clicking the domain name, you are brought to a panel w/ fields for the NS1 and NS2 changes and a button that reads "Change Nameservers". The actual *Registration* of the name servers and info pertaining to how to achieve this is, in my eyes, fairly well hidden. Here are the steps for names registered at GoDaddy or Gddy reseller:
Once logged in just follow these steps:

• Select 'Manage Domains' from the 'Domain Names' menu at the top of the page
• Click on the domain you wish to configure nameservers for
• Click the '+' next to 'Domain Host Summary' from the menu that appears on the right
• Click on the link named 'Click here to see details or to modify'
• Enter the first name server with it's IP address
• Click 'Save Changes'

You can click 'Add New Host' to register more than one server. When complete, please allow a full 48 hours for the server names' registration. These changes to the settings on your domain take a full 48 hours to become effective across the internet because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. This delay applies to all domains with any Registrar, not just Blue Razor.

Hope that helps. The procedure to follow and the "misleading "Set Nameserver" and "Change Nameserver" phraseology can lead to a bit of confusion, IMHO.
