That's exactly why people should move over to original content websites. MFA's are all characterized by either scrapped/rss content in place of real/original content and/or straight duplicate content from article websites. I've been going off like a broken record on these forums about what google was up to for the past few months now. It's always been in their terms of service - it was only a matter of time before they devoted more attention to it.

The websites I make are all original content - written specific for that one website. Google loves original content.

Google indexes each website - they know how many other copies of your MFA are out there. Be original.

The links in my original post explain more about original content minisites and their advantages over MFAs, including avoiding the duplicate supplemental problems and now outright doing away with them from google.

I was appraising a domain and read your sig and thought to myself, how completely right you are. Parking domains is flat out retarded. You are losing any potential listings you might have had to increase the value of your domain through targeted, relevant traffic.

Speaking from 11 years experience of doing business on the Internet, I love your idea. You are taking what could be a $xx domain and giving them unique content that is being indexed into search engines and as we all know, relevant traffic increases the value of any domain.

The only other thing I would suggest for your service is to add custom 404 pages with the overall package to capture any lost traffic that might have been associated with the domain prior to this person owning it.

Anyway, just wanted to take a moment to say I love you idea and that you are helping people finally learn to stop parking their domains at these parking farms.

Thanks for the kind words Kelli! I do include 404's for those with domains that have existing links out there. Always a good idea to capture and keep any traffic that comes your way!

I'm about to start a large 20-25 domain order and another 10-15 is in the pipeline so if you want in on this you need to act quick!

In between building for others and running my offline business and life I managed to get out - www.applycreditcard.ca - yesterday. If I can get permission I'll post more examples of minisites I put live in the past couple of weeks.

And I've noticed some people have started copying my ideas - far enough, it's a free market where imitation is the greatest sign of success, but be careful, some of them are offering cheap prices, but their work is also duplicate content, scrapped content and poorly coded. You get what you pay for! I want customers for life, not until you get mad at me for lousy service! LOL

Hosting is free, or you can host the files yourself. Either way you get a full and complete copy of all files and complete copyright over them and the content within.
