Hey, domain sellers! 👋

We have a special surprise for you.

Continuing from last year (and last week), we have some exciting updates to share with you about NamePros Parking Landers!

First, consider this:

You price your domain name at $2,500. For years, hundreds of interested buyers want to buy it, but the price is too high for them. They don't even try to contact you because they don't realize that the price is negotiable or may change. Years later, you decide to lower the price to $995. How many previously-interested buyers would buy it at this lowered price? You’d never know — until now!

With our new Buy Now options, you can finally contact those previous buyers to increase your sales opportunities. 💸

Here’s how:

Our landers have an option that requires buyers to confirm their email address before they can see the price. Once confirmed, the price is available to them and their email address is available to you. Simple and effective. Learn more on DNW.com.

Now, let’s talk new features!

    • Escrow.com (Recommended): Starts an Escrow.com transaction for you and allows the buyer to pay immediately.
    • PayPal: Creates a PayPal transaction for the buyer to pay directly to your PayPal account.
    • Email: You and the buyer use email to choose a payment method (e.g., crypto), discuss lease-to-own (LTO) options, etc.
  • Location: Country, region (e.g., state or province), and locality (e.g., city, town, or village) of your inquirers to help you understand where they are located, the best time to contact them, etc.
  • Bulk Management: Set options on multiple domains at the same time: prices, payment methods, appearance, etc. using our website's interface or your favorite spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets).
  • Exports: Download a list of your domains and their settings, customizations, and inquiries, including buyers’ email addresses, offers, etc. (CSV format.)
  • Domain Verification: Verify your domains by using any of these methods: name servers (NS), CNAME, or TXT records.

it's time to add eftypay integration to np landers.

5% fee is still high just for the payment, but if anyone need it they can try.

Don't sellers also need to pay a subscription to access Efty? Or is that just for landers and not their payment service?

Thanks, good info.

Looks like there are unsupported countries: https://support.efty.com/article/17...-payouts-via-efty-pay?utm_source=namepros.com

An $11k cap on credit cards https://support.efty.com/article/171-credit-card-payments-on-efty-pay

And they only pay out via bank wire (which is annoying imho) https://support.efty.com/article/23-what-are-the-available-methods-for-receiving-payouts

Personally, I'd rather see payout additions like Dynadot (or others) who have none of these restrictions shown above. NP can see here for the list of possiblities.

Too be fair even Escrow has countries banned due to sanctions...

https://www.escrow.com/support/faqs/what-countries-regions-are-not-supported-by-escrowcom

Out of Andrews smaller list than yours I'd probably lean to...

https://domainnamewire.com/2025/09/...-fee-domain-payments/?utm_source=namepros.com

Afternic Custom Checkout Link: 5% fee, $15 minimum. $99 minimum transaction. Can also do lease-to-own between $495 and $100k with a maximum 12-month term.

(I haven't tried Afternic yet but if it shows some form of GoDaddy on the payment page hard to beat that trust factor combined with LTO payment methods being included so even if same price ya gain trust/LTO.

Dynadot Pay Link: 5% fee, 2% bonus if converted to store credit. Installment option for 2-12 months. Lots of payment and payout options. This is the process.

(If ya plan on using sales profits for domain renewals a 2% bonus can't hurt.)

Atom Pay: 4.5% fee. Allows installments of up to 36 months, including down payments (for plans 12+ months).

(4.5% instead of 5% and ya still get LTO)

Escrow.com: Fees vary based on transaction size, payment method, and whether Escrow.com takes possession of the domain for transfer. Offers payment plan transactions.

(I know a lot of people don't like Escrow but I have had a brokerage account there for decades with zero issues. I can sell direct or do third party transactions where I insert myself as the broker. Every transaction has my company logo/phone/address/personal bank accounts/business bank accounts so as far as being able to 100% customize what type of transaction I do, what is shown to the buyer/seller, who pays my fees, etc... and just being the most legit business/tax wise nothing else comes close. I'm never dying for a wire and prefer them and my payment limits are limited in some cases and unlimited in others so I don't have to worry about lower credit card allowances etc... So Escrow makes it hard for me to stray from a presentation/fee perspective as the invoices are the most trustworthy looking to an end user (possibly helpful to sellers that deal with VAT) and I have basically paid 0 fees on most of my domain sales over 20+ years.

✅ Big update just released! 🎉

Everything we said was coming in a week or two, or this month, is now available!

We'll provide a complete list of our latest updates soon.

The highly anticipated qualification features have arrived:

Qualification strategies

Typically, only one qualification setting is enabled at a time, depending on your preferences or domains. For demonstration purposes, we've enabled both on QualRequired.com (live demo).

Interest Qualification: Require confirmed domain interest

Visitors must provide a phone number, custom message, and explicit confirmation of interest in the domain name itself, ideal for domains frequently mistaken for something similarly named. By default, this can reduce notifications about confused visitors, human spammers, and low-quality buyers (non-serious, unmotivated, or indecisive), but you can choose to be notified regardless.

BANT Qualification: Require high-value insights

Visitors must answer questions about their BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to help you prioritize opportunities and assess domain value, based on this sales framework. By default, you'll only be notified after these questions are answered, but you can choose to be notified beforehand.

These BANT questions, designed exclusively by NamePros, serve to both educate buyers and learn about them:

Another change that may be of immediate interest:

There's a new "Layout" option. Its default is to show a narrow/thin layout, unless you've added additional content to your lander. For example, you won't notice a difference if you're using an expanded description, but you will notice a difference if you haven't added any custom content to your landers.

You can switch the layout back to how it was before the update with these instructions:
  1. Visit https://www.namepros.com/parking/settings/appearance
  2. Select "Horizontal" under the "Layout" section
  3. Press "Save"

Lots more coming soon! 😊

Just when I thought you had the landers almost perfect... argh. Is there a way for me to go back to "Contact Seller"? I do not like request help. Request help from who? An Ai bot? No - I personally prefer Contact Seller

Yes, you can change "Request help" by enabling "Accept offers."

Example: https://PriceVisible.com

Our goal is to provide an option for sellers who don't want to invite negotiations by having "Start a conversation" (or similar) next to their price, but it's optional.

P.S. "Request help" does clarify by showing "Contact seller" after you press the "Continue" button below it:

So sad this is being mandated.

I do not want to accept offers. My landers are BIN only and accepting offers alongside BIN de-anchors the BIN. Which is why "contact seller is perfect". Contact Seller is more broad than request help. It encompasses "help" but allows the buyer to know who it is they'll be contacting. Request Help is solely for help - and it is unclear who will be providing said help.

Forcing us to use exact language is subpar - may I suggest adding functionality so this is not hard coded and sellers can enter 15 characters in that space? Alternatively, you can offer a toggle with choices, including request help, contact seller, etc.

Agreed, that's why several sellers have told us they don't want "Contact seller" or "Start conversation" to appear for BIN only (no offers allowed), so we used "Request help" in that scenario.

Their reason is that both "Contact seller" and "Start conversation" imply that negotiation may be possible, whereas "Request help" does not imply negotiation is possible, even slightly. Avoiding that negotiation implication is ideal if you're disabling the "Offer" field on your landers.

Perhaps there is another short phrase that we could use instead of "Request help" to satisfy everyone's concerns? We could make that change very quickly.

Any suggestions?

you can offer a toggle with choices, including request help, contact seller, etc.
We'll look into it. This change would take us longer to do than a rename, so hopefully we can think of a good way to rephrase it instead.

Thanks for your help.

It should not be a button, but a tiny link.

Thanks for your help.

I agree "Start Conversation" is too open ended. However, I disagree with other sellers that "Contact Seller" implies negotiation.

All BIN sellers are looking for is a way to respond to any buyer who attempts to negotiate with "we didn't say we're willing to negotiate" (even if we are).

Request Help does that - but it's ambiguous. It's unclear who's providing the support. NamePros? A 3rd party? The seller? A registrar? Escrow or Paypal? Due to that ambiguity, I worry buyers will be hesitant to supply their information.

How about Seller Support? At least then the buyer knows who they are giving their email to (and why, i.e., for help). It meets my need to ensure "seller" stays in that box - and meets others needs of ensuring it's for "support" rather than "contact" which is a broader term (in their minds). Personally I still think Contact Seller is fine so if you ever get the toggle option, I'd recommend adding as one of the options there.

How about Seller Support?
"Request seller support" could work.

Another idea:

Screenshot 2025-10-01 at 4.14.39 PM.png

The small text could easily be changed to Provided by seller, Seller support, From seller, or something else.

Maybe that'll be a little clearer?

I prefer "Any Other Questions?"

Keep it open for editing. That would be the best

Team, any chance to add a currency selection when setting up the lander? (to add EUR at least on a first stage).

I agree. Contacting the seller, however it is phrased, should not be an alternative option, it subverts the effectiveness of BIN.

This is done right, just replace "Need help? etc" with "Need to contact Seller?" (link) or something.
