  • Escrow.com (Recommended): Starts an Escrow.com transaction for you and allows the buyer to pay immediately.
  • PayPal: Creates a PayPal transaction for the buyer to pay directly to your PayPal account.
  • Email: You and the buyer use email to choose a payment method (e.g., crypto), discuss lease-to-own (LTO) options, etc.
• Location: Country, region (e.g., state or province), and locality (e.g., city, town, or village) of your inquirers to help you understand where they are located, the best time to contact them, etc.
• Bulk Management: Set options on multiple domains at the same time: prices, payment methods, appearance, etc. using our website's interface or your favorite spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets).
  • Bulk Edit: Export, Edit, and Upload to apply your changes all at once.
• Exports: Download a list of your domains and their settings, customizations, and inquiries, including buyers’ email addresses, offers, etc. (CSV format.)
• Domain Verification: Verify your domains by using any of these methods: name servers (NS), CNAME, or TXT records.

• Minimum Offers: Save time by setting a minimum offer amount to manage buyers’ expectations. Set it as a specific amount or a percentage of the buy-now price (e.g., 50% or 100% to match it exactly).
• Remove NamePros Branding: An option to remove unnecessary mentions of NamePros from parked pages.
• More Landers: Choose from multiple landing pages for various purposes, such as a new Buy Now Optimized lander.
• Price Visibility Control: Show each domain’s price before or after the buyer’s email address is confirmed. Your choice! We recommend after.
• Escrow.com Concierge: An option to use Domain Concierge Service for your Escrow.com transactions.
• Auto-Detected Buyer Details: View detailed information about your potential buyers alongside their inquiries, based on their IP address: their current time and timezone, location, neighborhood's average income and how crowded it is, ISP, hostname domain, connection type (e.g., Cable/DSL, Cellular, Corporate, or Satellite), the type of inquirer (e.g., residential, business, traveler, government, or college), whether they're using an anonymizing service (e.g., VPN or proxy), etc.
• Inquiry notifications: Choose whether to be notified only about inquiries that have confirmed their email address, or all inquiries including unconfirmed inquiries and offers below your chosen minimum, sent by email. Regardless of these settings, all inquiries are accessible on the website.
• Reach Unreachable Buyers: Contact buyers with one-click using proven deliverability and reachability to request that they email you and add your email address to their email's address book and allowlist, by using our "Ask for a reply" button.

Before testing it, make sure you didn't enable "Send all inquiries immediately" in your Profile settings. That setting is poorly named, but it means that all emails, including those below your minimum offer, will be sent to you. It was a feature that some members requested and we advised against.

Yes, it is both poorly named and poorly described as it only states that the "email verification" will be ignored, not that you'll get a pile of lowballs flying in your email box.

Personally, I think it should be 2 checkbox sections, one to "Ignore Email Verification" and a second one for "Send ALL Emails".

And as I asked before, is there any way of deleting these "lowball offers" from the NP dashboard?

Seriously, I am worried that if I toss 5K domains on NP, with no real dollar limits to the inquiries, that even with a $1K minimum, my dashboard will quickly be inundated and overwhelmed with $10 and "No Offer" buyer responses.

We intended for leads to be accessed and managed through email rather than the website. Inquiries on the website are meant to be a backup that also include lowball offers if you ever want to liquidate a domain.

Each inquiry that makes its way to your email includes a "View inquiry" button to see details about the inquirer, such as their estimated location, income, etc. These emails won't include lowball offers, depending on your settings.

My last 2 sold domains, both $xxxx, were sold by "payment plans".

I know that this option is opening a lot the market for slightly more expensive domains, it's obvious, and I would like to know if this option will be implemented soon on the parking pages and some extra details, how many payment plans will be available, as maximum, who will be the escrow agent, because without a trust company behind no one will make payments.

I am asking because i would like to use the NS landers but only when the payment plans option it will be available.

Yep, payment plans are one of the features that we have 90-95% completed in the queue, and we'll wrap up soon to make them available to everyone.

All of our payment methods work for payment plans, as well as for single payment purchases. Currently, that includes Escrow.com, PayPal, and Email to process it through any other payment provider. More payment methods will be added this year.

when I go to " find domain" settings ,can you just make it easy to search by extension,rather than domain.

Try now. You can also export them and then use your favorite spreadsheet software to filter the list by .com domains.

They have spoken about this a number of times. E.g.:

Personally, my experience with Escrow.com has been so terrible that it means NP landers are just not an option for me until they can integrate different escrow services. And I am sure there are plenty of others here who want different options too. All in due course I guess...
