  • Buy Now: Add a Buy button with a sales price and payment options for buyers to purchase your domains.
    • Escrow.com (Recommended): Starts an Escrow.com transaction for you and allows the buyer to pay immediately.
    • PayPal: Creates a PayPal transaction for the buyer to pay directly to your PayPal account.
    • Email: You and the buyer use email to choose a payment method (e.g., crypto), discuss lease-to-own (LTO) options, etc.
  • Location: Country, region (e.g., state or province), and locality (e.g., city, town, or village) of your inquirers to help you understand where they are located, the best time to contact them, etc.
  • Bulk Management: Set options on multiple domains at the same time: prices, payment methods, appearance, etc. using our website's interface or your favorite spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets).
  • Exports: Download a list of your domains and their settings, customizations, and inquiries, including buyers’ email addresses, offers, etc. (CSV format.)
  • Domain Verification: Verify your domains by using any of these methods: name servers (NS), CNAME, or TXT records.

I'm testing the Buy Now (price is shown) + start a conversation with payment method: email.

After I as the buyer confirmed my email, I'll be lead to page stating email confirmed.

But below it, there's the domain with Buy now and make offer button.Show attachment 263452

Since I clicked 'Buy Now,' I think the 'Make Offer' button should be removed. The buyer is ready to pay the full amount, and the 'Make Offer' button might make them second-guess their decision.

If I clicked 'Start Conversation,' I may want to ask questions about transfer or installment options, but again, the 'Make Offer' button could make me inclined to pay less.

I took tested bin today and found this as strange.

it's not how it comes across.
When it comes to landers keeping it simple is better, especially incoherent call-to-action phrasings that could raise red-flags to a buyer.

Had this setting for one of my names where minimum was above mid five figures .Yesterday,buyer sent offer of $2,500 and then I messaged about my price range and they doubled their offer .I know who my lead is so I know they can offer a good five figure. Negotiation ongoing .

Sellers need to always own their leads and not let AN and others stall their sales .I don't care about their distribution.Get the right name and they find you on your lander .If they dont,they would reach out through a broker and you pay no commission .

Can you provide an example of what is sent to all $1 valued domains (remember I've never had any actual offers). Won't that provoke them to make $1 offers instead of "none" offers. Which is not what I really want. I don't want to deal with these timewasters, at all. 100%.

I want the lead information and email so I do my research and know who I am dealing with.

I can use provided phone number to see if they are on WhatsApp if I need to use that but no way am I using WhatsApp direct,without knowing who I am dealing with and if they would be comfortable going that route themselves .

Most buyers/companies like to be formal and use email to document their communication.

I think it would be a great feature to give us the ability to delete (or hide) inquiries/offers. Specifically, I would like to delete/hide MY test inquiries as it will eventually cloud up the real offers without a way to filter them out.

Sometimes we get into a periods when we need some liquidity, so a count down timer for price expire will be great.

For example: This price expire on XX time

I tried to put an IFRAME and SCRIPT html tags for an external widgets but seems to be not allowed.

The lander will tell them that they must increase their offer after they confirm their email address. It won't tell them the minimum offer until they submit an offer on their own, without pricing guidance.

You can set the minimum offer much higher than $1; that was just an example.

Every seller has a minimum amount that an inquiry becomes worth their time. That may be $100 or $1000 or even $10k. We recommend setting it to your true minimum, and then the lander will take care of the rest for you.

I never got into WhatsApp because it is associated with your phone number and I don't want to give my number to potential scammers, which is the other reason I never use WhatsApp. I heard it is (was?) loaded with scammers and is not appropriate for reputation-preserving professional use. I view WhatsApp in a completely negative light and I want nothing to do with it whatsoever. Am I wrong?

I have heard the same and I have heard OK things - I guess similar to craigs list. LOL I think its good for people to have options though I would not likely use that option myself, either.

I am against WhatsApp on the namepros lander .If a seller wants WhatsApp they can ask direct when they get inquiries from buyer.

I have WhatsApp on my phone because I have friends in Argentina and it's a popular app for South America but never used it for business. I've used Tawk with no issues but honestly I don't really care for chat apps as I like all negotiations in writing/email not in a chat app as easier to search email history than chat app history.

We have been requesting this feature from the beginning. They keep ignoring..my inquiries list is very untidy too.
