  • Buy Now: Add a Buy button with a sales price and payment options for buyers to purchase your domains.
    • Escrow.com (Recommended): Starts an Escrow.com transaction for you and allows the buyer to pay immediately.
    • PayPal: Creates a PayPal transaction for the buyer to pay directly to your PayPal account.
    • Email: You and the buyer use email to choose a payment method (e.g., crypto), discuss lease-to-own (LTO) options, etc.
  • Location: Country, region (e.g., state or province), and locality (e.g., city, town, or village) of your inquirers to help you understand where they are located, the best time to contact them, etc.
  • Bulk Management: Set options on multiple domains at the same time: prices, payment methods, appearance, etc. using our website's interface or your favorite spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets).
  • Exports: Download a list of your domains and their settings, customizations, and inquiries, including buyers’ email addresses, offers, etc. (CSV format.)
  • Domain Verification: Verify your domains by using any of these methods: name servers (NS), CNAME, or TXT records.

Unfortunately, it’s really easy to choose an image that makes it difficult to read the text that appears on top of it, without realizing it. For example, it may look legible on desktop but not on mobile, or vice versa.

No, I totally understand and I'm really just looking for something a Canada-flag red Header Background color with maybe a white Maple Leaf off in the top right or left corner, or top-middle, or just somewhere where it's not going to interfere with the Domain Text.

Something stylized like this (free image), on a red background would work great for me.

What is this? Where do I find it?
Sorry, just spotted your post.

When using their for sale landers, it is an option in the same area as the toggle for Trust Pilot. If you switch it on, it will show a graph of recent visits on the sale page.

Grok doesn't make good logos anymore. They changed something and now the logos are bad, they take longer to make, and they have Grok watermarks on them.

The better Q is how many sales were from using np
Proportionally speaking, the data suggests that it’s as many sales as any other lander. Possibly more. It’s impossible to know for certain because lander services don’t publish every sale and our sellers handle their sales outside of NamePros, but we can make estimates based on available data.

Hot topic. The biggest sales we’ve seen have had our branding on them, but it probably has little to no effect on sales, regardless of which is chosen.

Both, unless your domain wasn't verified at the time of the inquiry, in which case you'll be able to access it in the dashboard and then email it to yourself using the envelop icon next to it.

I have a lead who has finally responded after 2 months. He asked what is the monthly cost is if he rents the domain (doesnt lease).

I found this on escrow.com

Am I calculating this correct, based on escrow's formula? Asking price (BIN) is $28,888 and term would be 12 months:
(.02% of ($28,888)) * 12 = $69.33 / month

I do not think I did that correctly and likely would not agree to taking in $69 a month for that domain but I am asking if anyone has experience with this and if I did that calculation properly?

Thanks in advance. I am off to get a root canal so if I dont promptly reply here today then that is why. Much appreciated!

UPDATE: Just noticed that the $69.33 is escrow.com's fee. So now my question I guess I negotiate a monthly rental amount which is likely less than what it would be for lease to own monthly calculations? Never did a rental (no ownership before).

  • Any number of months (2+ months)
  • Cancel anytime without penalty
  • Can negotiate an extension (additional months) or buyout options at any time.
  • Legally binding agreement
Escrow.com calls it “Lease Only” on their website.

It’s called lease to own (LTO) if the agreement is that the buyer receives the domain after paying you the full amount, on time.

Escrow.com categorizes this under “Lease with Purchase” on their website.

Without the “to own” part, it’s just a standard lease/rental agreement.

Just focus on finding a monthly payment that works for the buyer and then ask how many months they want to lock in that price (e.g., 12 to 60 months).
