Hey, domain sellers! 👋

We have a special surprise for you.

Continuing from last year (and last week), we have some exciting updates to share with you about NamePros Parking Landers!

First, consider this:

You price your domain name at $2,500. For years, hundreds of interested buyers want to buy it, but the price is too high for them. They don't even try to contact you because they don't realize that the price is negotiable or may change. Years later, you decide to lower the price to $995. How many previously-interested buyers would buy it at this lowered price? You’d never know — until now!

With our new Buy Now options, you can finally contact those previous buyers to increase your sales opportunities. 💸

Here’s how:

Our landers have an option that requires buyers to confirm their email address before they can see the price. Once confirmed, the price is available to them and their email address is available to you. Simple and effective. Learn more on DNW.com.

    • Escrow.com (Recommended): Starts an Escrow.com transaction for you and allows the buyer to pay immediately.
    • PayPal: Creates a PayPal transaction for the buyer to pay directly to your PayPal account.
    • Email: You and the buyer use email to choose a payment method (e.g., crypto), discuss lease-to-own (LTO) options, etc.
  • Location: Country, region (e.g., state or province), and locality (e.g., city, town, or village) of your inquirers to help you understand where they are located, the best time to contact them, etc.
  • Bulk Management: Set options on multiple domains at the same time: prices, payment methods, appearance, etc. using our website's interface or your favorite spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets).
  • Exports: Download a list of your domains and their settings, customizations, and inquiries, including buyers’ email addresses, offers, etc. (CSV format.)
  • Domain Verification: Verify your domains by using any of these methods: name servers (NS), CNAME, or TXT records.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I had leads from 5 of my domains today from NP landers. I called one of the leads and the guy is going to save up his money to afford the name before the end of the year. He had initially offered $500, but I got him to agree to $2,500 in a couple minutes over the phone.
One of my other names that also got a $500 initial offer today on my NP lander, had been pointed to Afternic lander yesterday. I got a $500 offer through Afternic for it yesterday. I changed the name servers to NP and the same lead made the same $500 offer today through NP lander. :xf.cool:

Nobody is a better salesperson for your own domains than yourself. This also eliminates...

1)Brokers that respond slow
2)Brokers that don't fight for your sales
3)Brokers that are staring at their own companies massive portfolio for alternate replacements to your domain
4)Slow payments
etc...

Paying 15%-30% commission and losing the lead information is insanity as they can continually market to them. Anonymous sales definitely eliminates building your own end user database and possible repeat sales.

@Bravo Mod Team I noticed 2 issues maybe it's just me, the first is that I can't scroll down the description bar to go to the last sentence (10) and second is that when I press backspace, instead of removing the blank space at the selected point it removes a letter from the word that is 7 words after the one I want to remove. I know it sounds confusing so please see attached:

I don't want the maximum capacity of my iphone to drop below 100% so that when I resell it I will not have to reduce the price even more because of it. That's why I use a laptop

@Bravo Mod Team What do you think about something like this: zshare.com (check the short description).

Talking about: 20 inquiries already recieved since Apr 11, 2024.

It will encourage people to make more offers and purchases.

I'd like to hear more opinions on that (so thanks for bringing it up) since sometimes social proof can backfire. For instance, there's the danger that a high number of inquiries without a sale "proves" that the seller is asking too much.

(In this particular instance, the sentence is confusing when it follows and is actually surrounded by the .net sale info. Which one has received 20 inquiries?)

In case anyone else experiences this browser issue, here’s how to fix it using a workaround until our permanent solution is released:

This problem has been solved on our development build, thank you for your help! It might take a while for us to get this live, in the mean time then if you resize the window at all then it will fix these issues.

Love it! This option should already be on our to-do list, but we’ll double check.

Excellent point. With that in mind, we may want to make it something that can be disabled for each domain name.

Maybe it’s only shown if the number of inquires is within a certain range?

It proves also too much interests on the domain name and are real inquiries compared to the “Hurry, only a few left!” widgets that we see on most drop shipping websites (that convert sales - but not legit IMO and I don't approve that personally).

I would prefer it if the BIN was visible on the initial landing page, along with a checkout button, instead of potential buyers having to enter in their contact details first to be able to see the purchase price.

I've mentioned this many times to NP. However, this was not the intention for the birth of the NP landers, which were created to capture emails. If you want price shown, Bodis offers free landers. I use them and make sales through them

b/c phones suck unless text or calls which is what they were made for. Or just be cool squinting at 4x6 picture frame to conquer the world. Free yourself from mobile chains dude.

There will be an option soon to show the price first.

They do offer this one option, but their landers may be inaccessible to millions of potential buyers, which is the last thing you want if your intention is to sell your domains.

While they can temporarily unblock themselves with enough effort and time, there are big organizations like uBlock who will work just as hard to repeatedly block them.

That’s fine for ads, but if you’re trying to sell your domains, it could cost you sales.

Also, they have less than half the features that we have when it comes to for-sale landers, and we are adding new significant features every month.

For completeness, blocking of parked pages can occur on many different levels. This can include network-level filtering, browser-based blocking, and more.

Here’s one example with filtering on “Parked Domains” in OpenDNS. OpenDNS allows users to filter out parked domains by categorizing them and applying appropriate filtering rules.

There are more examples of this:

Please be aware that voting for categorization under “Parked Domains” might also impact the main forum domain.

This is one reason I've favored having the domain names actually resolve on the domain name itself instead of a common url structure that's easy to block sedo.com/ afternic.com/ etc...

Efty and Dan etc... allow the domains to resolve to the actual urls, these days maybe Dan doesn't work as well on that as previously due to SSL issues though.

I've never had a blocking issue on my own sales sites but that's because the amount of domains is way less than a Sedo or Afternic but I still prefer when they resolve to the actual url with no provider shown.

Pretty easy to block when millions of domains use the same url structure.
