Hey, domain sellers! 👋

We have a special surprise for you.

Continuing from last year (and last week), we have some exciting updates to share with you about NamePros Parking Landers!

First, consider this:

You price your domain name at $2,500. For years, hundreds of interested buyers want to buy it, but the price is too high for them. They don't even try to contact you because they don't realize that the price is negotiable or may change. Years later, you decide to lower the price to $995. How many previously-interested buyers would buy it at this lowered price? You’d never know — until now!

With our new Buy Now options, you can finally contact those previous buyers to increase your sales opportunities. 💸

Here’s how:

Our landers have an option that requires buyers to confirm their email address before they can see the price. Once confirmed, the price is available to them and their email address is available to you. Simple and effective. Learn more on DNW.com.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
@Bravo Mod Team

Whenever I get an inquiry the date shown ext to the domain name at https://www.namepros.com/parking/ shows the same inquiry date, not the date the domain was added as found in: https://www.namepros.com/parking/imports

Its makes it seem to me that the domain was re-imported at that date/time but I know it wasnt. Just seems like it from the display.

I figured the domain would retain the original date/time imported, on the left side, and the last inquiry date/time on the right side.

Example from the first 5 domains shown to me when I go to: https://www.namepros.com/parking/

When going to the details page for the 1st domain, it shows "First seen Jun 25, 2024" which is correct but below I see "Friday at 6:37" which throws me off. Similar for the 2nd and 3rd domains. The 4th and 5th domains are showing the same date as the "first seen" date.

I am not sure if this a bug or intended display.

I have received two different types of verbiage:
Inquiry only: You've received an inquiry. You may reply to this message to contact the inquirer.
Offer Made: Good news! A buyer is ready to pay your price of USD <price> for <domain> and is considering your selection of payment methods.

not me.
I have all make offer.
i got those 2 emails at same with some different words as per pic. I assume it's a bug. they also show twice in my inquiry section on np

Sometimes inquiries gets confirmed more than once .So it might not be a bug .I know the lead may be confused so they keep clicking the confirmation link .When I respond ,then I found out why .

I was thinking more of being able to add one image/logo that would be individual to each page (or could default to the same image via parking profile setting), which would allow for some more customization. Maybe that could be a feature of a new template since I don't think an image would really work on the current landing page design.
We're looking into this.

Where would you like the image to appear: above, below, or to the left/right of the domain name?

Please feel free to include an example from another service or a rough mockup.

why cant I change this to all? it always keep returning to confirmed. tnx
well that's what I meant... that I cant change it manually... when.i click all... refresh... it still shows..confirmed. maybe a bug?
As soon as you refresh the page, it resets to the default.

We'll update it to remember your choice so you can refresh the page without it changing back to the default.

Thanks for this suggestion.

Pretty much the same experience.

The other day I had one inquiry from a CEO of the company name listed. ALL the info verified (unlike the others). Several several offers were made within 10 mintes time until that one offer tipped over the MIN.

So I created a lead in DAN for the offer amount AND I emailed the prospect informing that an email from DAN.com would arrive and to be on the lookout for it, to let me know if it doesnt arrive, that they will handle funding collection, escrow, domain transfer, etc.

Crickets, like the others which didnt verify. I think they're all just kicking the tires, trying to figure out where the min and BIN is. Hoping I just jumped the gun here and the prospect will accept the DAN email and make payment but from experience it will remain silence.

I will keep moving forward. Eventually there will be a sale.
It sounds like this one will close, but they may be arranging things on their end.

Be sure to use the "Mark as Unreachable" button if you don't hear from potential buyers.

That button will help you reach them.

I sent "reminder" emails to both inquiries this morning.. If I do not hear back from them by this weekend I will choose the unreachable method Monday. Fingers crossed! :)

bottom line is without inquiries.no sale chance. so keep them coming hehe
Absolutely! That's why NamePros Landers are optimized to generate leads.

Admittedly, this also results in low-quality leads in addition to high-quality leads, but we'll be adding optional features to help you manage those low-quality leads without wasting your time on them. If enabled, you'll still have access to all leads, and we'll just automate marking the confused leads as such.

Lots of good stuff to come. :)

Maybe something like this. Would also be good to provide a way to change the background on that box from a pattern to a solid color.

yesterday I got offer. but it came as 2 emails. see pic. seems each email has some different wording. bug?
It's probably two different inquiries by the same buyer on the same domain name, which groups the emails together by design.

To confirm, check the time of "Inquiry submitted" and check the "Message ID:" for the INQuiry ID at the bottom of each email.

Let us know.

Whenever I get an inquiry the date shown ext to the domain name at https://www.namepros.com/parking/ shows the same inquiry date, not the date the domain was added as found in: https://www.namepros.com/parking/imports
That's the last verified date; it's attached to the verified icon. It gets re-verified each time an inquiry arrives, among other times.

It's currently optimized to be smart and only check verification again when needed, such as when an inquiry is submitted, but we'll change it to re-verify every domain each day once we've finished expanding the backend infrastructure.

The "Added" domains list is sorted by most recently added to least recently added.

Do you need the "Added" date for anything else?

4
•••
but why the different wording
The wording in the emails will be identical if you expand them, except the INQuiry ID and possibly the timestamp.

The difference that you're seeing is your email software trying to be smart by showing you something different for each email.

Let us know what you see when you view the full expanded emails.

Do you need the "Added" date for anything else?

No, just my OCD :xf.laugh: If anything, I eyeball it to see how long the domain has been listed and when I scan to the right and I can see the last inquiry but when they're the same it looks odd to me but, again, thats me!

3
•••
when they're the same it looks odd to me
Yeah, that verified date won't serve any purpose once we switch to daily verifications (again).

Help us remember to remove that date once that happens. :)

The verified icon will remain.

@Bravo Mod Team Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but It would be very useful for the seller to be able to add a description, some information about the domain e.g. possible uses, CPC, if the domain is an acronym it would be very useful to be able to add to the description the words it consists of etc.
