  • Escrow.com (Recommended): Starts an Escrow.com transaction for you and allows the buyer to pay immediately.
  • PayPal: Creates a PayPal transaction for the buyer to pay directly to your PayPal account.
  • Email: You and the buyer use email to choose a payment method (e.g., crypto), discuss lease-to-own (LTO) options, etc.
• Location: Country, region (e.g., state or province), and locality (e.g., city, town, or village) of your inquirers to help you understand where they are located, the best time to contact them, etc.
• Bulk Management: Set options on multiple domains at the same time: prices, payment methods, appearance, etc. using our website's interface or your favorite spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets).

• Minimum Offers: Save time by setting a minimum offer amount to manage buyers’ expectations. Set it as a specific amount or a percentage of the buy-now price (e.g., 50% or 100% to match it exactly).
• Remove NamePros Branding: An option to remove unnecessary mentions of NamePros from parked pages.
• More Landers: Choose from multiple landing pages for various purposes, such as a new Buy Now Optimized lander.
• Price Visibility Control: Show each domain’s price before or after the buyer’s email address is confirmed. Your choice! We recommend after.
• Escrow.com Concierge: An option to use Domain Concierge Service for your Escrow.com transactions.

Correct. Without having to go into each names settings individually to apply a price. What you have previously suggested is good if you have a lot of names with the same BINs but if you want to price each individually I think this way is the quickest. Being able to scroll a list and adjust pricing all on the same page would be great.

I don't know if this is overly difficult and I don't want to bite the had that feeds me so to speak but how difficult would it be to host the landing pages from a slightly (or totally) disconnected domain from namePros.com?

I ask as selecting to disable the NPs branding doesn't really get you the desired anonymity from the forum when its still hosted from namepros.com/parking. A prospective buyer can still just check out namepros.com and see the trade pricing etc etc that happens here.

Even something like nameprosparking.com would probably stop 90% (just a guessed number in a GoDaddy boost style) of prospective buyers looking behind the curtain.

Again I don't know if this is even possible and I appreciate its a free service.

It won't be too difficult. The developers have already discussed it. It's on our list.

A prospective buyer can still just check out namepros.com and see the trade pricing etc etc that happens here.

the .im registry doesn't recognize your parking name servers so I'm guessing I cant park them?

There are a couple ccTLD registries, such as .im and .de, that have special requirements for nameservers. We hope to update our NS verification option soon to accommodate them.

• Update: This is complete and now our nameservers are fully supported by all domain extensions.

In the meantime, you can still use our other verification methods to park those domains with us: CNAME and/or TXT.

Some background.

@Bravo Mod Team was referring to pre-delegation checks that some (particularly) ccTLD registries are performing before they will accept NS changes for your domain. Though this is happening less and less, it's technically completely fine, and my heart blossoms for registries that are still doing these checks. But indeed, it may sometimes cause headaches for Sellers, especially when the checks fail and exact error codes are not properly reported back to the registrar where you are trying to change nameservers.

Using CNAME/TXT may be a good workaround. Or even a permanent solution if you do not want your domains to be mapped based on the unique verification nameserver associated with your account.

This is just my personal opinion and not speaking for everyone.

Will report a small sale where I netted 7k plus using namepros lander and closing using Dan. Looking for an alternative to escrow because soon. I will stop using any payment service related to GD.

Some suggestions and ideas:

1) CSV export of our domains and all of the settings so we can import them into a spreadsheet or database to combine with Google Analytics and other metrics for analysis.
1a) what would be a real bonus is along with the domains the ability to chain all inquiries / offers, and those details.

2) Ability to import that same export (in #1 but not the leads part in 1a) which would work similar to other marketplaces: only changes are updated.

3) Idea: Perhaps it exists out there and I have not come across it myself but the ability to bundle a group of domains for purchase, or even the entire portfolio of domains.

@Bravo Mod Team, is there a way to remove the blue 'view inquiry' button being included when we use the 'reply' feature when sending an email to the buyer?

If it means removing the button from the first email we get from NamePros, that is good with me. I would exchange the quick way to go to the inquiry (there is really no need to do so since all the data is in the email) for the potential confusion it might cause the buyer.

I really feel the same about this. While the majority of time best to leave name on its own, in certain cases a section for notes would be helpful. If they are implemented, I would suggest that

• It be toggle on/off as @Mister Funsky suggests
• The length be capped to number of characters that reasonably all fit on one lander page in an attractive place.
• That you do NOT give any thought to enabling AI generated descriptions. I think they are getting old fast.
• Hopefully ultimately there will be a few lander choices (I think you already said that) so that the seller can choose a point form or free text format for the notes.

It's works flawlessly, the DNS / Nameserver config propagated extremely fast, However I don't know if that might be lucky but all domains got that smooth that I doubt that.
The for sale lander looks really neat, clear and modern and isn't distracting at all.

It would be nice if you would get some lines to write a brief personal introduction. I think that that could perhaps positively affect (potential) customer's trust.

Hence more likely to buy or to negotiate with you if negotiating is necessary.

We plan to make that button work well for both buyers and sellers:

• If you’re logged into your account and the seller of the domain name, then we’d show you the inquiry page, along with lots of other useful data. (This is already the case.)
• In all other cases, such as logged out or logged into a different account that isn’t the seller, then we’d show a beautiful page like our lander with something like: “Are you the buyer or seller?” and respective buttons:
  • “I am the buyer” that emails them a link to access the page with their inquiry details, begin the purchase, etc.
  • “I am the seller” that tells them to login to their account that has the domain listed for sale.

Coincidentally, we just added a ton of useful data to the inquiry page on the website that we don’t include in emails because it would probably spook buyers.
