  • Buy Now: Add a Buy button with a sales price and payment options for buyers to purchase your domains.
    • Escrow.com (Recommended): Starts an Escrow.com transaction for you and allows the buyer to pay immediately.
    • PayPal: Creates a PayPal transaction for the buyer to pay directly to your PayPal account.
    • Email: You and the buyer use email to choose a payment method (e.g., crypto), discuss lease-to-own (LTO) options, etc.
  • Location: Country, region (e.g., state or province), and locality (e.g., city, town, or village) of your inquirers to help you understand where they are located, the best time to contact them, etc.
  • Bulk Management: Set options on multiple domains at the same time: prices, payment methods, appearance, etc. using our website's interface or your favorite spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets).
  • Exports: Download a list of your domains and their settings, customizations, and inquiries, including buyers’ email addresses, offers, etc. (CSV format.)
  • Domain Verification: Verify your domains by using any of these methods: name servers (NS), CNAME, or TXT records.

if is set BuyNow price to be show without verification because if is set a low price $10 to $ 100 will be more easy for buyer to buy / make payment via Paypal or Escrow...to simplify the process

It would be fine as long as this was optional. The downside would be the perceived value of NamePros landers.

Because anyway if is a buyer will buy it & make the payment
I test on one of my domains parked NP & was to complicate ...to confirm email and after to see the price & after ...after...
To show direct price & button Buy Now ( with this note , maybe "Dear buyer you can pay via Paypal or Escrow.com ") will be more easy and as say @sircc to be optional on settings in park dashboard

A....and another thing ...i can't delete my inquiries ...maybe if are to much inquiries will be sausage :dead:

  1. How many visitors came to your domain with an intent to purchase
  2. How much some of your visitors are willing to pay for the domain name
  3. How many visitors are willing to pay your asking price but got distracted or forgot to complete their purchase
  4. How many visitors are willing to pay your asking price but your chosen payment methods didn't meet their needs
  5. And so on
All of these would be impossible to know otherwise.

Also, since you have their confirmed email address, name, and possibly company name and phone number, you can increase the chances of selling the domain to them by talking with them. For example, you can find another payment method that works for both of you.

Our landers are optimized at every step to maximize sales opportunities.

The most important thing to do that is information.

I wrote in PM other ideas like to able to effective delete inq.

As occasional BIN only buyer myself, I can imagine that the additional email confirmation could be an extra hurdle. There's a group of buyers who simply doesn't like to interact this way, they just want to start the payment process and buy the domain with the least possible hassle.

When offered optionally, each Seller can decide for themselves what the buyer experience will look like.

Maybe email communication seller with buyer after payment like instruction as is on Transfer center like on Sedo or Afternic or Dan 🤷

Yes, there would be many challenges to overcome.

For example, if the seller enabled Stripe and the buyer chose to pay by Stripe, then the seller would not have a way to contact the buyer even after the buyer has submitted their credit card payment. Sellers would just have to hope that the buyer emails them.

Generally, platforms dealing with online payments require at least a confirmed email address, so it'd be an interesting challenge to see if we can figure out a way to do it without that for all payment methods.

Maybe inspiration can be drawn from crypto payments, but that would introduce more friction for most buyers.

Many landers by other providers introduce far more friction, such as account creation, choosing a complex password, phone verification, banking details, etc. in addition to email confirmation.

Ours only requires email confirmation for the least buyer friction.

This is vital information. It's optional and is not required to contact you about your domain.

I won't even reply to buyers who try to hide their identity. You need to know who you're dealing with.

I already know who i am dealing when they provide their names and even if they register a new email to disguise what company they are representing.

Weeks ago someone contacted me on Dan for a high value 4L using "domain acquisition" as his first and last name .

I wasn't going to be serious with people like that so I toyed around with him because he was looking for a lowball deal and I knew he was a domainer and I value my time.

When someone contacts for a high priced domain name, I don't respond until I research to see if there is a newly registered ,similar name or newly registered extension or new funding raise before I respond .

@NamePros , you have already done a really good job and I wish that you keep up all this good work as I believe that all the more members will be using your landers. Besides the good job with the new features, which will be really handy, it would be nice to add some features regarding the design. In particular, I would like to suggest that if more theme hues with a wider spectrum of colors to choose from, such as brighter colors, were added, they would be even more appreciated.
