"NamePoints" Menu doesn't allow multi-click

I am using IE8. If you click the "NamePoints" expandable menu @ the nav bar of the NP forums, then you unclick it (collapsing the menu), then try and click again, it wil not re-expand the menu.

Conversely, other similar menu items (expandable lists) continue to work.
