NameKing -- Problem-Help!

Anyone have anything registered w/ them?
I have a name that I purchased from Pool a while back and am attempting to change contact info and DNS. I go to their page http://www.nameking.com/index.php and have been getting an error page when trying to go to my account, (and all other), links for past 2 days. They are not responding to emails. They have the domain whois listed as follows:
