My first time winning a sizeable auction (not pocket change) on the NameJet platform.

Their website states:
How long do I have to pay for a domain?
You have 7 days from the time the auction closes to pay for domains you have won. If you are a verified bidder, then you can take up to 14 days to pay. If you don't pay within the allotted time your account will be Past Due where you will lose auction bidding privileges. If your auctions are not paid in the allotted time frame, we reserve the right to suspend your account from any current or future bidding and backordering.

They've sent me an email stating that payment is due immediately, at close of auction, and that action is required within 24 hours.

Can anyone confirm that as a verified bidder, I do actually have up to 14 days to finalize payment?

I've opened a support ticket, but it's a weekend, so no phone support available either.

Cheers.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

I haven't spent more than $600 on a domain through those sites but I'd hope they accept my 2% cash back Spark Capital One card! :D

Edit: I don't think I've ever had to push pay. Pretty sure they just charge my card.

Hi,

Just wondering if support replied or if anyone can shed any light on payment time frames.

Cheers

Google says "You have 7 days from the time the auction closes to pay for domains you have won. If you are a verified bidder, then you can take up to 14 days to pay."

The above is accurate.

They do send daily automated emails saying "Action Required Within 24 Hours".

Though, as a verified bidder you do in fact have 14 days to pay.
