There was a domain that was in pre-realized auctions at NJ around a week ago. I odered it.
I was the only one bidder.
Now strange things:
1. It is registered at Register.com (I thought all Register.com domains go only thru SnapNames).
2. For 4 or 5 days domain had a status "Pending auction"
3. Finally May 13 I got a confirmation that my CC is billed.
4. Some time after that I got an e-mail from NJ:
Hello,
We regret to inform you that a domain you recently purchased through a pre-release auction has been cancelled by the registrar of record, as allowed by the NameJet Agreement. The auctions listed will be listed again in the near future, and you will automatically be added to these auctions. These auctions were incorrectly listed on our platform without a reserve bid. Unfortunately this allowed NameJet to sell the domains for far less than agreed by our partner.
As a result of this Registrar request, we will be refunding the entire auction fee and removing the domain from your account within the next few days. Please be assured that this is a rare occurrence, and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Again, the domains will appear in auction in the future, and you will automatically be allowed to participate at that time.
Domain: Order: Amount: (Pending Refund)
.......net ...... $69.00
If you need further details and explanation of the process, please see the NameJet Terms of Use, towards the end of Section 4:

Also I found that I'm participating in a private auction. There are 2 bidders: Me and NameJet Reserve. I have been outbid and reserve is not met.
Have no idea how high is reserve and generally don't understand what's going on.
Have anybody of you had such situations?
Thanks, Nick
