I notice Namedrive bashing has been making the rounds here, but this is to add in a vote in favor of Namedrive...it's not really much, I know, but Namedrive still works for the not so usual domains - got a $1.55 click recently from a type-in-nature domain.

The one thing in favor of Namedrive is they accept your "crappy" domains, but many other "high class" parking services do not. So for the average to small time domainer, they are still OK.

And finally, if you have the time and inclination to develop your domains, then of course that is the best way to go.

I decided to try out Namedrive for a month. Just parked all of my 677 domains there a day and a half ago, and already seeing MASSIVELY bigger earnings than Sedo, and I haven't even optimized 99% of them yet.

May be the quality of domains that I have, but I don't understand all the complaints about the .01 clicks (at least not so far).

Had a 5.00 click on one of my real estate related domains already.

Hopefully this performance continues for the trial month of June 2007.

Congrats Datalife. Thats a nice CPC. :)

I think Ed is working hard these days and this is surely good news from ND. Does ND pay well for adult domains? I mean what is the average CPC one can expect for an adult domain? I know it depends on the keyword but are there any averages one can expect? I heard some ND members mention 1 cent clicks on adult domains, has that changed too?

$5 for a real estate name? WOW. Does ND have revenue sharing or something/

well, more specifically, the domain is mortgage related. If you have some like that, you might want to try it. I don't know about "revenue sharing", but whatever it is, it is performing well on several of my "mortgage" domains.

I am also doing better with ND than Sedo and Parked.
I do get 0.01 or 0.02 sometimes but I also get 0.25 and 0.50
the bottom line is if you can get your portfolio with one of the elite parking companies or not.
if you cant - ND is one of the better options out there.
great landing pages, easy to control, Sell/Contact only option, and good customer service.

I had 2, $4.00+ clicks last week and a $5.17 as well. Several $1.00-$2.00 clicks as well. Things may be looking up for the people who stayed at ND, or atleast came back.

I like the landing pages much better than Sedo's, and it appears that it's helping my CTR immensely.

I was thinking of trying Parked in July, mainly because they pay for multiple clicks.

Does anyone know if Park's multiple click payment makes any real difference? I know it depends on the domain whether one click landers are better, but overall I would like to know people's experience in comparing Parked to ND. Thanks.

I have some names getting good money at fabulous and some getting low clicks, like 0.01 cents occasionally.

Is it worth moving certain themed names over to namedrive? If so which ones of yours perform better there than elsewhere, industry, picture, adult, tech, finance etc?

I didnt like Parked landing pages, and you cant control if it will be a 1click or 2 clicks....

Name Drive always impresses on the first month. After that is what leaves you wondering wtf? I had some outstanding performance on some names there at first then they steadily deteriorated into nothing. So either their feed is bad because of click frauders or after they feel like you have committed to them they take most of the rev for themselves.

namedrive is a horrible waste DUMP IMO. Still giving me 1-2 cent clicks. At least Sedo Subsidizes at 3 cents (4 cents for sedo pro ;) ). Sorry ND, you had your chance, it would take a lot of positive reviews to get me back.

Wow, didnt know Namedrive would be such a hot topic..

great landing pages, easy to control, Sell/Contact only option, and good customer service.

That sums up what I meant. Namedrive is not all 0.01, even directly with Adsense itself, I've had an Adsense click generating a grand total of $0.00. :yell:

Some clicks get $0.20-$0.40 on Namedrive, others get $0.01 or less...I know, but if you add all the other things up, like customer service...etc, Namedrive is still "quite ok". Try getting good service from Sedo, for example...
:)

Varon, adult domains get about $0.03-0.06 (around there)...Maybe adults do better elsewhere, but non adult domains seem to do ok on Namedrive, at least to me..

Thanks for the info on adult domains, Datalife.

Amma, I hate to say it, but 1 cents are better not given at all. It hurts to see that figure. Definitely these are advertisers with a 5 cent CPC budget. So the domain owner ends up getting 1 cent.

Why not change your keyword?

I earned a $1 click on an Indian real estate domain at PP today. PP is working out pretty well.
