Name suggestions

I'm (re)opening a site/forum about parakeets (also known as budgies, which is what I'll be calling them from now on). I used to have the site running a while ago but I had to close it. Now the domain I used for the previous site (which was called Budgie Boards) is expired but in a 30-day grace period. The only way I can get it is to renew it for $20 through my old host (who I registered it through to begin with), or I can wait several weeks for it to become available for purchase.

Well I don't want to do either so I decided to come up with a new name for the site. I have several ideas in mind and I want your advice on which would be best (or give me your suggestions).

Here are the names I have in mind (which have a .com domain available):

Budgie Planet (budgieplanet.com)
Budgie Forums (budgieforums.com)
Budgie Zone (budgiezone.com)
Budgie Buddy (budgiebuddy.com)
Budgie Cafe (budgiecafe.com)

That's what I have so far. Which do you suggest I use (or what are your suggestions)? Any advice is greatly appreciated! :wave:

Why not let the old one expire, re register it on a cheaper register, and get all the traffic? You can still change the name :P

I'm not sure how much traffic that domain gets. It hasn't been used for months and months. Unless you meant that budgieboards.com would draw more traffic than the above mentioned. If that's the case I might consider waiting.

I just got an idea. How about if I purchase budgieboards.net and then when budgieboards.com becomes available I'll purchase that. This way I'll still get budgie boards and later on it'll have two domains point to it.

I think BudgieForums would be much better than BudgieBoards, but if you have a developed website, it wouldn't really matter, because you can optimize any site to coincide with a name. If you already have substantial traffic at the other domain, I would renew. If not, then change.
