but i also have an offer for NameAx for $1100 So should i sell it or keep it?

All these names are not very good / poor / junk.

If you have to explain a name, as you have done with the first one, its not a good name.
This is something you also must feel, otherwise you would not capitalize some letters in these names, to make them stand out. As you know there are no capital letters in web addresses.

If it was me, I would take the $1100 offer for nameax as I doubt a better offer would come along.

You need to learn what makes a good domain name before spending any money, something you have not done, otherwise you would not have registered such names.
Learning will take time. You also need to understand that the pool of available good (or better) names to register is very small now. And so when you find a name that is free to register, you need to stop and ask yourself why that is so.
There are a large number of people involved in registering, buying and selling names and the possibility that you alone have discovered a great name that no-one has registered, is a very, very, very tiny one.
