afibre.com and fibreopt.com

what do you think is best way to market these ? I am brand new to the game, did a ton of research,
bought 100 pronounceable 5 letter domains also.

Dont expect to sell those to US customers as it is "fiber" here. Also I can get nfibre and ofibre, so not sure you got a winner.

fibreopt is also non-US and "opt" doesnt lend itself to branding.

Slow down with the purchases, there are tens of thousands of pronounceable names that never sell. You dont want a whole portfolio of the same thing sitting around doing nothing.
