I also payed for a script. I got the email confirming the purchase and got a password. But then it tells me "Click on the filename link below to download your purchase." But there is no filename below .

Well I emailed and tried to get you on AIM about 10 hours ago. So where is the 24/7 support?

We have been having many problems with the server and the script.

First the mail went down on the server so i couldn't recieve any trouble problems.

Trillian started playing up so i couldn't get on aol, only MSN messenger was working.

The script problem will be fixed asap with me getting a new and improved script.

I have got the server sorted, all products have been recieved now and we are open for support once again but only via email as im having problems
