The Site
MyNoteWall is a custom, unique site that helps you keep organized and on top of everyday tasks. Whether your a business, student, or housewife, MyNoteWall can help you organize yourself by letting you post "post-it" notes on your own "Note Wall".
Notes can be made with different information on them, such as deadline, description, resources, and you can set a note with different importance, so you know what tasks to do first.
Notes are organized in the best way possible, showing the most important and most pending notes at the top of the wall. You also have a list of the most important tasks you have at hand on the right hand side.
Traffic
Traffic has varied greatly since the official opening of the site. Recently, I bought advertising, and so traffic has stabilized for the past few days. Here are screenshot stats for July and August:

The website currently has a few premium members, these were added as part of a promotion.
Features
The site features the following:
+ Note Wall with notes which you can add and edit, listed in order of deadline and importance. Notes are limited for free members to 9. This can be changed. Premium members received unlimited notes.
+ Recycle bin which you can use to bring deleted notes back.
+ List of Most Important Tasks so you know what important things you have upcoming.
+ Great site design, and interface design.
+ Areas available for advertising on the Note Wall.
+ A basic admin control panel that allows you to set members status (free/premium) and see their e-mail address.
The site design and script are totally custom and unique.
Other
The site currently has no revenue, and that is because the premium membership system hasn't been completely automated. There are a few things that you could do to further push the usefulness and effectiveness of the site, such as adding new features, and an automated membership system etc.
I believe this site has a lot of potential to grow quickly, and in the right hands can flourish, especially in the hands of a PHP/MySQL coder who can add features himself/herself.
What am I looking for?
I received a bid for $1000 for the website, but they dropped out because they didn't have enough time to develop the site. I'm looking for an offer of about $1000 for this site.
