A little long and extension isn't great. Reg fee to Very Low $xx undeveloped, more with development (but the developed price will also depend on many factors like PR, traffic etc. because there are number of file upload websites online and setting them up isn't difficult, so to just set it up and leave without working on its link building, traffic etc. won't help).
