I've changed my site's design some days ago. and now my sites take more time as old design. my one friend told me that if I load image from css then it's going fast. but i don know how to do it.

actually i like to laod text first n then image. but now my site load all page at once... so
plz help me..

You want to look into your images. Saving pictures like the ones you have with people and lots of colours/details etc as gifs will make them large. Saving these types of images as jpgs would be better.

Your first image with the womans face is over 70kb. Resaving it as a jpg should shrink it down to under 50k. The aim is to keep images below that 50k mark. Keep using gifs for logos etc.

loading an image in css wouldnt make it quicker, its still the same size.

Image optimization is must. Also check that you use right formats for images.

Moreover I can see that your site is in php I think you can also use compression here with putting.
