Saw this name and thought it has got to be worth at least the reg fee,

I know it could be a bit risky on the legal side but any thoughts of potential?

Regfee imo.
Although it can be used for a resource site, having "-" ruins the value.
If it was .com however this would be worth mid xx and up but it has a cctld with a "-", IMO this is regfee.

if this was .com, then it would be worth much more than just mid $xx, id say $xxx,xxx.
