I've been working on getting this up for a long time and although doesn't look like months of work I spent a long time doing buisness plans and more layouts for it than I can count. I fell on this one as it was slightly more artistic.

Not all of the content it there (actually very little of it), but I need some comments on what I have, mainly the layout. I am open to any constructive suggestions.

Note that this is an internet solutions site with web design, marketing solutions, web hosting, and more so that may give you a feel of what you would expect from a site offering this.

looks good. I'd make that bar with the scanlines stretch all the way to the edge. also, the yellow headers on the right are a little too fuzzy.

I will work on getting the menu headers a little crisper, but the menu bar I kinda like the way it is.

I like the design, but I'd add borders to the menu/right side bar. I think it'd clean it up a bit, very nice though.

I will add a border to that side along with just clean the whole menu up a bit, seems to be the spot where work is needed.

Add another color that contrasts the dark green such as a dark red. It would improve the design 35%
