I have also realized that during this Covid-19 pandemic, many corporates are dropping their domains. You are likely to catch more and add to your portfolio.

I like onlinedates.org because it's close to the cupidforum.com that I acquired recently.

Well, I'll say this. I've seen newcomers do much worse than you are doing presently. A few are actually not bad at all.
My advice to you would be to stay away from other extensions, unless they are high quality keywords. At least until you have a solid .com portfolio.
