Maybe it's just me I do not understand all the buzz about .tv. I think it's overhyped but less than .mobi for example.
If you find the right end user who is desperate for the name everything is possible but you may have to wait for a very long time (read: forever) if you stick to high (unreasonable) expectations.
I don't think it's worth 28K or even 10K. IMO it's a $$$ domain.
In the absolute 10K is still a lot of money in view of reported sales for that TLD.
And to repeat myself: automated appraisal tools are as reliable as the horoscope in your daily newspaper... :lol:

Yeah, that's what I thought as well. The 2 y's (one at the beginning and one at the end just look so nice).

I'm hanging on to this one for sure.

As far as .tv goes...All networks are snatching up one (or more) .tv's for each program they are putting in future production...it's very easy to market since com's are pretty much gone now.

This extends this conversation a little. I've really appreciated all of your responses. I'm another newbie trying to get a sense of what things are worth beyond estibot and premium certification. Would some of you who have said that this tv domain is not actually worth much (or nothing) be able to tell me whether you think these domains, also valued high at Estibot (though not 28,000 high) are valuable?
