domain mwd.com how much?

I own mwd.com tech blog that has bit over 260K pageviews. Due to some recent changes I might think of selling it. Google Adsense was cut from the site so the payment that I received before from income is about 20% lower.

Anyway, I am just looking for some honest opinions.

Top Blog multiple times on technorati: (currently its fluctuating )
Links from various top sites.
2050 articles hand written by authors and me.

Personally I would not sell it under $20K due to income incomex2years= Total+Domain LLL.com cost.

I know, sold few sites on their before, but I need to come up with reserve price. Last one I sold I didn't know that I was able to get $10K more, and I don't want to do same mistake again.:hehe:
