I am looking for offers over $100, the highest offer I recieve will win. Offers will stay open for 5 days only, as I need a relatively quick sale. If I don't recieve any offers I'll probably end up using the design myself, so if you are genuinely interested make your offer quick!

Other notes: I am happy to do a few extra minor graphics for the winning buyer within reason, depending on the offer made. I will make any slight modifications to the template for free.

I've never sold it to ANYONE so I don't think it's possible that it's ended up in a template pack somewhere!

wel it has th html file, 3 swf files(no editable) css and jscript files and images, so i guess if he has the .fla files then he did create it....but don't think anyone would buy it knowing someone else may be using it. Theres not even any copyright on it..so anyone could say they made it.

Somehow I don't believe you. Can you send me the evidence. There's no possible way anyone else could have it, and yes I made everything in the template myself so I would be HELLA pissed if it was circulating around torrents.

I am now accepting the highest offer I recieve over $80 for SweetHost.

And yeah, I'm the only one with the .FLA files so the template is practically useless to anyone else who might have the other files, and if anyone did try to use it they would be getting contacted by my attorney very swiftly I can tell you that.

Huh? Who said I was calling anyone a moron? If you read my post properly I was merely stating that I'm not stupid enough to even attempt to sell a downloadable template, especially when I can easily create my own designs...after all - I didn't spend 2 years getting my Diploma of Digital media (web/graphic design) for nothing...

Why the hell am I proving that I created my own work? This is utterly ridiculous and I find it extremely insulting but since you people actually seem to be genuinely serious about this (it seems) here is a screenshot of me editing the FLA file of the feature.swf

It even shows the timeline with the white flash masking through the $6.95

Bah, and what good are visual copyrights these days? Anyone with an ounce of knowledge with Photoshop can get rid of a copyright and make a design look like their own, it just comes to down moral issues and the person will get caught soon enough so it's just a matter of time..

Anyway, why did this suddenly turn from someone 'supposedly' circulating my template around the internet for download to me being accused of not being the designer of my own work? :D

spliffted m8 I didn't post to call you a liar or cause offence, I was merley letting you know I had downloaded the site from the net, someone could put there own flash banner in or static and say i made it not him bla bla bl, my appologies for informing you off this go ahead sell your site, just don't say you weren't warned when someone says I have that site to etc..

Looks to me like someone has just stolen the files from the ftp. What they hope to gain from that I have no idea because rest assured as soon as I see unauthorized use of the template I will be pressing charges.

then again like I said, the template isn't a whole lot of use to anyone without the source files so it is still for sale.

The (c) means nothing. All work created, is automatically protected by copyright law.
