The extension .capital firstly isn't related, then, in general, is an unknown factor...

Music.capital is great. Might be a good way to promote Nashville music or any city that might be able to lay claim as a "capital" in a musical genre. I'm sure there is other routes to take rather than just geo-location as well.

I'm thinking low to mid xxx in a couple years.

UPDATE:
The more I think about this, I would wait for the right buyer in the area I described above and may even pull in low x,xxx in a couple years once these new TLD's start to sink in more with the general public. Like mentioned above, a good idea is to promote it with the Nashville scene or similar. Great catch by the way.

Can you explain you reasoning? You do realize that .com is over-saturated right? and that that drives prices sky high?
The new extensions (most) are not generic which means that while you won't be able to use them efficiently with every name, those specific businesses that they do apply to will have a boost that is not possible with .coms. For example pc.news is immeasurably more descriptive than pc.com which is vague and encompasses everything pc related. If your site focuses on pc news, pc.news would be a lot better suited for your business. Having a TLD that reinforces your SLD can only be beneficial to your business.
