Kart.ai (Term 'Kart' can be used for Kart racing games like mario kart, self driven cars etc) & Finanz.ai (Finance ai domain) recently. Hopefully will sell them at good price in future.

In case you didn't knew: Finanz is the exact word in German for finance. German domains (can) fetch very high prices (especially on Sedo which is also a German company)

Some ccTLDs are high-risk because they are poorly run and sometimes go dark (happened in .ly and other extensions like in Africa). It appears that some registries are downright corrupt too.
.io stands for Diego Garcia which is a very sad story.
Not saying that .ai is a risky extension but people need to do their homework.
Also, repurposed ccTLDs are often subject to fads.
