Definitely $X,XXX presently imo. With continued acceptance and use of .mobi, I think international cities like "MunichGermany" could be in low $XX,XXX. The pure city name "Munich" bringing mid-$XX,XXX the way things are heading.

munich.mobi or germany.mobi would be worth $x,xxx or $xx,xxx but not when you have citycountry.mobi all in one name. For example, there is a big difference between having miami.mobi and miamiunitedstates.mobi.
