Don't understand the high valuations, so I am going to block them out.

If you acquired it using Pool.com, then I seriously say it could be worth that registration but not more ($60).

The subject matter is tied into a whore's market of fast changing technology. Too general to be a brand name. Too vague due to the numerous types of media to use as an effective type-in.

Look at MultimediaPlayers.com and notice what that owner is doing. I wonder if people have become numb to those PPC search web pages?

Unless you try to sell it directly to companies that sell/produce/distribute multi-media players and product/services, finding a buyer to get your money back won't be easy.

This may not be what you want to hear, but I feel being honest up front is better than living on false expectations.

Hope I am wrong and maybe one of the other people that posted is willing to pay you 10x for what you paid. But if it was available to anybody when you made the first post, somebody interested would have given you competition thru Pool.

Try an experiment. Post it on eBay with a high reserve ($999)and a low starting price ($1) to see if there is interest. Put some sizzle in the ad. See what happens.

I got plenty of competition on Pool.com - dont assume I got it for $60. Im gonna have to disagree with what you have said. One of the biggest markets about to arrive, is the portable video/mp3 multimediaplayers - I accept your opinion but I feel its in the mid-$1000s personally. But ofcourse everyones entitled to their own opinion, Id be interested to see what everyone else thinks...
