Moving Invision Board to a new host - Help

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone has any links or information on how to move Invision Board to a new host, without losing the mods, skins, members, etc.

download all the files, and backup the database

when you get to the new host upload all the files and restore the database and it should be all good
