question Moving from Woocommerce to Opencart

Good afternoon! I've got a plan to move from Woocommerce to Opencart, and the question here if I can do it gradually.

My plan is to make Opencart on a subdomain, then close it from indexing, and start using redirects - a category per day or two.
After the table of all 301x is completely ready, replace the CMS on the main domain by changing the subdomain to the domain in the redirect addresses.
How long should I keep these redirects? Until the addresses are present in the search results?

How to Perform WooCommerce to OpenCart Migration
