I love this name, it will be a very easy sell I should think to anyone with lodging as it is instantly brandable and everyone will be able to remember the name.

Your main area of focus will be the area around the three main areas, the Peak District to the East of Manchester, the Lake District to the North West and Snowdonia.

Not really wanting to put a price on it as sometimes these small places running hotels don't have a clue but I wouldn't take any less than $1000

BTW, as said above, it's a nice brandable name, suitable for a hotel near Sir William Wallace monument.

I didn't forget Scotland, I just decided not to include it since I haven't been there Lol

Everyone knows about Ben Nevis but the main issue tends to be that there is only one of it, with the Lakes, Peaks and Snowdonia region there are many hotels and inns and many peaks and hills and mountains that could use the name all over the place.

With Ben Nevis you would really be wanting a hotel right next to it to buy the name, and if none of them are inclined you are screwed...the Peaks are a large region which get millions of visitors coming in every year and every hotel can make good use of the name even if they are further out.
