I think regfee... but I am not an expert regarding the new gTLDs.

Hard to say because the amount of data points is so low with the new extensions. A problem is that so many new TLD's have been released, so why buy this one for a high price if another equally good domain can be obtained in another new TLD?

Seeing how hard other "new" TLD's such as .info and .mobi have been struggling there is no indication that flipping domains in the newly released TLD's will be easy.
