The correct phrases are Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Lender, and Mortgage Lenders.

Meanings :
mortgage : Used by purchasers of real property to raise money to buy the property to be purchased or by existing property owners to raise funds for any purpose.

lend : grant to (someone) the use of (something) on the understanding that it will be returned.

I have just added a 's' to lend but I think the meaning remains somewhat same.....
I mean anyone can figure out the niche of the website by just looking at the domain... That should add some value...

If you were making your own website, I suppose it would fine until you can find a better domain. But I can tell you that nobody is going to be paying you more than what you bought it for.. simply because it's improper English and doesn't sound right (if it had been a catchy phrase you coined, mayyybe it would be worth something to someone besides you).
Don't worry about letting a bad domain go. There are plenty of good ones out there. You just have to learn what is good first and then where to find it. (I am not great at this yet either)

It can be used by oled or led companies/marketplaces...

I think you're supposed to open a new appraisal thread, but
Something like FindOLEDs is probably better, but I still don't like it very much. Actually, the more I think about that one.. the more I think it sucks.. maybe BestOLEDTV?
So .. I don't know. I would guess it's not worth much, sorry.

Also, look into the domain name aftermarket instead of hand registering everything
