The name is ok, but not worth more than reg fee - I would suggest trying to sell to a mortgage brokerage who might specialise in getting mortgage agreed for people with bad credit etc... You might get a few parties who would pay sub $1K but that's going to be hardwork to explain why they need your name over there existing brand.
