Has anybody invested in .mortgage extension. Why there is only one sale despite being a extension with valuable keyword.

The reason is probably that there are way too many Real estate TLDs on the market, and so, a .mortgage doesn't really make much sense.

I can't see much earning potential for the name, except perhaps for lenders.
