Moniker Disaster? Can anybody help

Hi friends,

I bought a domain in auction and got it pushed it to my moniker account.

I tried to renew and it shows only payment option is to send bank payment!!!

Payment by Credit Card / PayPal is not possible.

My bank not accepting $14 by wire due to very high charges. Can any one suggest / help me to renew?


While every registrar is in competition to gain more customers, and especially happy discounts on BF / CM, I don't know why these people make such trouble

CC method is available for me.

Probably, your country is limited at Moniker.
So contact them to unblock CC per your account.

Why don't you transfer out the name to another registrar?

Sorry. The domain is received by Push (via Auction) and it is locked till 13 Dec.

But expiry is before that. Today I tried to renew and it shows only bank transfer is possible.

I have tried to contact for activating by cc or PP and their reply is taking too long. Still waiting.

This year I have contacted them few times - and reply was within minutes, max. 1h.
Don't send emails, authorize and use https://login.moniker.com/dashboard/support

Will wait for unlock period and move to my favorite epik.
