I tried submiting my domains for the Moniker auction ( by sending an email as they asked ) and they have not responded yet.

How does one get on there? I have good domains!

No response from Moniker

I have yet to receive my application form as well. Same thing happened last time I tried to get names in the auction. I sent emails for weeks and no replies.


Why do they even need us to send them a email, and then wait until they contact us , then send us a application form.

Why doesn't Moniker just have a link after we sign into their site that we can click on and download the form? That would save everyone all this hassle of trying to contact them. They send everyone who gets through a application anyway, so why the run around?

Good luck, I suspect all of us who have not been contacted are getting antsy as we want in the auctions and time is running out.

Come on Moniker, make the application process easier and quicker please, or hire a hell of alot more reps to answer our emails and send out the applications ( why when all is needed is a simple download link).

This is a ongoing problem at Moniker.

I will add, Moniker is making auction history and in no way am I saying they are not doing a great job selling domains. I just want to not have problems with applying to sell at the upcoming problems.

possibly problems with your eMail filters maybe...

I get same day responses every time...

I am very pleased with moniker....

and the sales they help me make are GREAT as well...

it definitely helps to have your own rep, I sen't an email late last night and got a response this morning, if you have your own rep contact their email instead of the standard sales or support one, I guess it depends on your rep as well as some are quicker than others.

My rep tells me to call him anytime if I need something. I've never had a domain name listed in ANY of their auctions.

I've heard (from my rep) - that it helps you get more interest in your names if they are hosted at Moniker.

My rep emails me, but when I reply, I Never get a reply back.
lost quiet a few auctions by them them(him) not replying back...

I am pretty humbled by all the suport for Moniker. I must also add I have been contacted by them several times today and thats great. Chris even mentioned he was having problems sending me the form from Moniker.

It is always good to see so much support for a company by domainers. I hope many who submit to the Casino auction can get accepted. I wish I had waited a day or two more before posting my frustration.

I don't know why the emails were were not getting to me. I have an account with them and when I do anything in it my support emails always come thru. Many thanks to all for your helpful comments.

I've submitted some names yesterday to Don Lyons for the Geo auction. Hopefully I will get a promp reply
