You can wait or even go ahead and outbound. Don't be influenced by a couple of $$,$$$ similar sales, I would say.

I reg'd the same country + vacations in 2002 but still have yet to cash a payday and it sits undeveloped.

Condos may or may not be an internationally recognizable term for the tiny and incredibly wealthy French speaking nation

Though I agree high $xxx to low $xxxxx valuation is a reasonable range. (Wholesale to End User)

FWIW I reg'd Connecticut + Condos and North Carolina + Condos in king
and they sold for $1.5k and $1k (albeit a very long time ago)
