Modify a vBulletin file...

If you go to the "edit signature" link here on NamePros, you'll see the message
"Signatures should be no more than four lines in length and may not contain images or font sizes larger than SIZE 2."

Which file can I edit to insert a similar line to my own vBulletin forum? Is it a simple text edit, or is it more involved? Thanks for any insight.

It should just be a case of finding the template file for signature editing, and then include that line where you want it to show up.
I've never used vB, so I cant really help you find the file.

That's exactly what I thought, but I cannot find that file. The URL where the signature page is, is this: profile.php?do=editsignature

I searched through profile.php to see if it was embedded there, but it doesn't seem to be there.

Hey,

Login to your Admin Panel, go to Styles & Templates > Style Manager.
Select "Edit Templates", on the style you want to edit, then choose, Modify User Option Templates > modifysignature.

Then, that should load up the required template.
