Be careful not to overstaff your forums...bad things can happen if you do. Afterall - why do you even need moderators from the start? What is there for them to moderate?

Either way you choose to go, best of luck with the forums...if you do decide to go ahead and hire some moderators, I hope you find some good ones

Thanks for the information, you are right as of now there is no need for moderators but I would like to get a head start on the process of finding good, fair and experienced people. Thanks again for the good words
