IMHO there's really hundreds of combinations you can make:

Modded-X-box-360.com
Modded-Xbox-360.com
Modded-Xbox-360.com
ModdedXboxes.com (if free it is better than yours IMHO)
Xbox360mods.com
Xboxmods.com (probably taken, huh?)
etc.

The longer the domain name, the more combinations, the harder it is to remember, the lower the value...

I own quite a few Xbox related domains, and there all reciving traffic, however, i personally don't see any value in this just due to how it's pronounced and it's length.

What kind of a site do you suggest? I am thinking about offering mod chip installs on the Xbox 360 when it comes out. I don't think I have to worry about Xbox TM issues. There are a lot of modchip sites out there that use Xbox in there title (ie: xbox-modchips.com, Xbox-Scene.com).

Tip: try http://www.domaindirect.com/ - I find their Available Variations a good help for when I need a domain name and run out of inspiration. Wow, looks like coolxbox.com is free!
