As far as resale is concerned .mn is not such a great extension on top of that the keyword is a plural as well. Undeveloped worth reg fee - low $xx for resellers imo.

The reseller value would definitely be very low, around reg fee.

The .mn extension is for Mongolia but it has been used by some in Minnesota too.

You should try and look for an enduser :
- either one of the few mobile phone providers in Mongolia (there are actually far more mobile phones than fixed lines in Mongolia). But the problem would be that this is an English keyword.
- or possibly some cellphone companies in Minnesota. But the problem there is that Americans say cellphones rather than mobiles.

An idea would possibly be to find a company which rents/sells Mongolia mobile phones to English-speaking tourists. Not sure there are any that would want to have a website though...

Great keyword, crap ccTLD. This name is worth around the reg fee or so IMO.
