You can easily get between low x,xxx to mid x,xxx.
It has a good potential for mobile advertising websites, though less than .com
I'm not an expert but I see there is an old dead trademark with the term MOBILE-ADS, I suggest checking this out.
There is also a trademark term "MOBILEAD" that might be problematic.
I know that long dead trademark may be less binding but it's not worth the risk, best to investigate how it might be connected to your name and it's actual binding etc.
It sounds like a brand name, I suggest to search the term in trademark search, perhaps I missed something...

Correct me if I am wrong:

Year the domain was registered: 2003-04-05

MobileAds TM Filing Date: March 29, 2007

I am not a lawyer but as far as I know "first registered first served" or someting like that, they cannot claim a TM over a domain registered previous to their TM registry so it is safe to sell it and use it. So given the case you have not any TM problem with it you could mail to the company and offer the domain but calculate you are asking a realistic price for it. Good luck.
